He, he, he, as long as he didn't get led poisoning from it...
I had a pair of Chinchillas once that I thought needed some free range time and put them in a spare room to roam, only to discover an hour or so later, that they had gnawed all the paint off the floor boards. (they did not get sick from it) but I learned MY lesson!
whenever my pets do bad things, I learn MY lesson!
Sometimes I wonder, too - who's training who?
