A rare, red-capped mangabey monkey has been born at the Denver Zoo, one of only 27 living in North American zoos. The birth of the monkey, named Kanzu, on Sept. 30, brings Denver's mangabey troop to six. Zookeepers haven't yet determined the monkey's gender. They named it Kanzu, a Swahili word for treasure.
