This is NOT a pet or animal related post, but it's about a subject that is increasingly scaring and frustrating to me ... Autism - it's the fastest-growing developmental disability, with 1 in 150 births, now affecting 1 to 1.5 million Americans, and with a 10 - 17 % annual growth.
