This is a great frigate bird. These birds can puff out their inflatable pouch to almost the full size of their body - a display used to attract the opposite sex.

I've seen these birds in action! They're the funniest things, although the males can be quite cruel to each other when picking out a nesting spot. They have been known to ride out cyclones! One cyclone though wiped out more than 200 birds, and it's taken them 11 years to recover.
