Poor pup, look how embarrassed she looks ... Why would anyone do this? Aha! It's for publicity. Jody Woodhouse, the dog's owner, owns a local grooming parlor in Tauranga, New Zealand, called Kiwi Petz and says the stunt aimed to bring laughter and amusement to the community. Source

    I guess it's ok providing the paint does not cause harm to her dog - people color their hair all the time, but it's not really healthy...I'm sure she knows what she's doing! It does look kind of amusing, I have to admit!
